The bracelet is sturdy and rugged yet comfortable enough to be worn every day. One size fits all with the bracelet's resting inside diameter being 2.5" across.
The screw ends have a flat area 7 mm in diameter that will fit two lines of up to 8 characters engraved in your font of choice.
